READ: read online courses (no password or payment required). Go to All-in-One Offers or Courses to choose your course(s).

EVALUATE: If you would like credit for the course, purchase the course or All-in-One Offer. After completing the transaction successfully, a list of your purchased courses, with links to the required evaluations (and tests, if required), will be available on your My CE Account page.

CERTIFICATE: Certificates will be available to you to print from your account after we receive your completed evaluation (and passing test, if required*).

* Testing is required for Florida nurses, all electrologists and Ohio requires a test for the Ohio Law course.

Online Ordering Details

Make Selection(s), Submit Order, Complete CEs

Go to All-in-One Offers or Courses for quick SECURE ordering. These pages list our courses avaialble for completion online. Certificates will be available for printing once the requirements for course completion are met. You can click on the "View Description" link for each course to view its description.

Once you have decided which course(s) or All-in-One Offer you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button. The following screen displays your shopping cart where you have the option to update items, complete the order or continuing shopping. If you continue shopping, you can always go back to view and edit your shopping cart by clicking on "Checkout" button in the left sidebar shopping cart area.

Submit your Order

After you view your order, you can click on "Checkout" to continue the order process. If you do not have an online account - you will be asked to create one. Once you create an account you will be logged in automatically. Additionally, you will receive an email that confirms your creation.

If you do have an online account with us, and you are not logged in, you will be asked for your email and password to login. If at any time you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link.

Once you are logged in you will be directed to the SECURE order details page. Here you will enter your credit card information to complete the transaction.

After the transaction is successfully completed you will be redirected to your My CE Account page. This page lists all of your orders, with links to receipts, and a list of courses for each order. For each course the purchase date will be displayed, a link to the course evaluation, and if required*, a link to the course test.

You will receive an email that confirms your order and displays the relevant order receipt information.

Complete your CEs

Once an evaluation is completed and submitted, the link to the evaluation will be replaced with a check mark and the date of completion. Similar process for tests, if required*. Once the evaluation/test requirement is met a link to your certificate will apear in the certificate column for that course.

Hours of Operation / Turnaround Time

Orders are accepted 24 hours / 7 days a week by fax at 1-512-261-1397 or by phone at 1-800-824-1254 (toll free) when using your credit or debit card. During non-business hours, our secure, computerized, automated voice messaging system will walk you through the ordering process.

For personal service please call during normal business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). See Time Zone Chart below.

Course mail orders and certificates are processed and shipped First Class mail after receiving them. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday (CST) and over the weekend will be treated as if received Monday. We also offer next day Federal Express service for $30.

Certificates can be faxed to you. If ordering online, please call toll free 1-800-824-1254 to request Certificate fax/mail back option.

Certificate of Participation

How will I receive my certificate once the course is completed?
For online orders, once you have met the requirement(s) a link to your certificate will be available from your My CE Account page.

For mail orders, your certificate along with an explanation of the correct answers will be mailed to you after we receive your completed Evaluation (excluding weekends and holidays). Evaluations received after 12 noon on Friday (CST) and over the weekend will be treated as if received on Monday. See also Faxing Options.
Is there an additional charge for Certificates?
NO. Your purchase price includes the issuance of your certificate.
What if I am licensed in more than one state?
For online orders, you may enter additional licenses to your profile as necessary. You will have a certificate link for each license for each course completed.

For mail orders, just call us and we will issue a second certificate for free.
Why is my printed certificate blank?
This usually occurs when you right click on the certificate in your browser window and select print image. In order to have your name and certificate information to print on the certificate, you need to use your browsers print command - usually either File => Print or the keystrokes Ctrl/Cmd & p.

YES. Fill out the FAX BACK option on your printable order form or when taking online call us at (toll free 1-800-824-1254).

Security

I don't want to put my credit card number or personal information on the Internet to order your courses.
You may order anytime day or night by calling toll free 1-800-824-1254. If you call during business hours (see hours of operation) you will speak with a real person who will answer your questions and take your order. During non-business hours, our secure, computerized, automated voice messaging system will walk you through the ordering process. (See also Order Off-line to print our Order Form.)
Is this site secure?
Forms that collect personal and/or credit card information utilize Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 256-bit encryption to transfer this sensitive data. Look for the lock icon (located on your lower bar) or the URL "https" (instead of "http") which is your assurance of personal protection.

The credit card processing is performed by PayPal, a leader in online payments. National Center of Continuing Education does not store your credit card information, in fact we never see your credit card information for online orders. It passes directly to PayPal for processing.
