The goal of this course is to discuss criticism in its' many different forms. The aim is to shape your communication skills, attitudes about criticism, to help you understand the basis for many criticisms, and to help you understand your reaction to criticism.
It will focus on various types of criticism and techniques used for coping. The information will be applicable to any health professional or supervisor who desires to learn and utilize tools to assist with interpersonal/professional skills. The goal of this course is to identify the preva- lence, clinical features and treatment of fibro- myalgia. You will learn to identify management strategies for the patient, family and/or significant others. It is essential that healthcare professionals possess an understanding of fibromyalgia, the clinical spectrum of the condition, diagnostic criteria, and management strategies.
